The gland assembly and rotor can be accessed and adjusted via the pump suction side. The inclusion of a quick-release function of the rotor and a fully removable suction port allows complete reconditioning pump - easily without disconnecting the discharge pipe. Ensures minimum stop, improves maintenance efficiencies and consequemente reduces total operating costs.

The discharge adapter has the same size of the pump inlet. It is positioned so that the pump can be completely repaired without removing the discharge tube. Weir Minerals are able to provide adapters to discharge three different dimensions.
