Delin Machinery specializes in manufacturing slurry pumps, desulfurization pumps and dredging pumps in China. The appointment of DG dredge pump series is based on research on dredge pump used domestically and abroad. We have done a lot of statistical analysis of dredging pumps and mud pumps. Adopting different methods of design in advance and computer software design assistant, this is a new pump series DG dredge mark applied for on the high seas or dredging at sea, including the sand and gravel extraction or suspensions carrying. These pumps DG dredging series feature excellent performance, excellent structure design, ease of maintenance and long service life, etc.
Features of Dredge Pump

1. DG pumps series dredging are single stage, single suction, horizontal structure. According to the discharge pressure, they are classified into two categories: single pump body and double cassette pump.
2. housing dual design increases reliability safety. If volute liner is getting close to being worn, or split, there will be no water leakage inside the pump house. Housing only dredge pump is lightweight and small volume. All our dredging pumps DG series can be crankcase. The depth of submersion can meet different needs. Bearings use domestic or foreign famous brands. This series of dredging pump has long time to work free problems. 3. DG dredger series pump uses the front dismantling structure, and is easy to stop, disassemble and repair. Different components have special tools dismantling.

4. The dredge pump adopting standard thread for connecting the impeller and the shaft, and fitted with removal of the piston ring for ease of assembly of the impeller.
